So Jack White was a last minute (not really but it was just a few days) replacement for musical guest on SNL last night. In case you missed it, he was incredible! He started with a medley of Ball and Biscuit/Don't Hurt Yourself/Jesus is Coming Soon. The last song was actually written by Blind Willie Johnson in 1928 about the 1918 pandemic. He also changed some to the Ball and Biscuit as well to fit with the current pandemic.

His second song was Lazaretto which he played on a guitar designed for him by Eddie VanHalen. He also did a small tribute to EVH during his solo by using some EVH finger tapping. Just great stuff put together from White on short notice!

Hopefully when he can start touring again I'll be able to see him in concert. One of my all time favorites and just so great in every live video I've watched.

They need to last minute cancel some other musical guests and bring in better shows more often, starting with this weekend's Justin Bieber.
