Is it just me, or did JB look very good.

As a 3rd stringer, he looked big, poised, and accurate.

Once he got his feet wet after the first 2 throws, he delivered
some beautiful throws, especially the seam route to the TE.

Finally, on the 4th down, he showed great awareness and poise when things broke down and he simply slid out and ran for the first, then slid down safely.

More than anything, I really liked his size and the way the football came out
effortlessly.

I definitely think BB thinks he has the one to groom for life after Tom.

I wanted the saints to pick him up. Watching him at NC State was amazing but didn't have a lot of opportunities to shine.

I thought he looked pretty good too. Jimmy G def didn't look any better imo.

Yea they are in trouble. Jimmy G is NOT ready. He and Grayson honestly looked equal last night.

As for Brissett I though he looked great early, but then started to slow down.

I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility that Brissett ends up starting for the Pats by their 3rd or 4th game. Garropolo had some horrible passes last night.

When he flashes it's fire, but he was very inconsistent at NC State, especially under pressure. He'd give up on plays before they were done, relying a ton on his legs. At State he would either have 4 td's and at least 100 rushing, or he'd throw 4 picks and fumble it twice. There wasn't a whole lot of in between

I mentioned this in another thread, but if things didn't work out with Grayson, i'd trade for him.
