1. Cook has already agreed and they are working behind the scenes to fine tune the contract
2. He’s verbally agreed but was waiting on the Pats and Gronk (doesn’t sound like a likely situation). Too much to risk for this to be a serious situation.
3. Saints are waiting on the Quinn trade to finalize anything with Cook for salary cap reasons
4. One and Three (this seems to be the most reasonable situation)
