Unreal, what a turnaround at WR. Now please stay healthy Jameis!
Good news is that he shouldn't have to run around like a chicken with his head cut off because his roster of UDFA WRs weren't able to get separation on their 6 yard curls. Maybe we start seeing some more sophisticated route combinations this year and get back to seeing WRs running wide open 20-30 yards downfield again.

Early in that Tampa game Jameis was running a lot... I can't remember if the WRs couldn't get open, or the blocking was garbage (maybe both) but we shouldn't have that problem now with the fleet of WRs that Jameis has. Sheesh.
Bad reciever play stresses an offensive line immensely. They both were bad that day.

I blame Winston's injury on the WR play/lack of separation.

This position group just totally changed in one offseason. Kudos Loomis/Allen and staff.

(Need more depth at RB and LB to keep ship running upright.)
Wait.
You blame Winston injury for the lack of WR play.

I’ll accept that.

Then why did we need to totally change WR as you mentioned in the next sentence.
Wasn’t the issue Winston’s injury and not last years WRs?

If Loomis signs a quality RB and you happen to see a naked man arrested for running through the quarter on the evening news, just don't jump to conclusions ok if you don't see me posting during that time
Doubt it'll make the news since that's an average Wednesday in the Quarter.

Colston, Henderson, Moore<Thomas, Olave, Landry. back when the Saints were flying you have your possession receiver, speed guy and your first down machine. we got that back now.
Maybe but DB >>>JW. And I love JW

So before the signing Vegas had us at the odds of winning the Super Bowl at 50 to one and the NFC championship in 20 to one and the odds to win the division at five to one with a win total of 7 1/2, I wonder how much these numbers have changed in the last 24 hours
fwiw Ladbrokes now has the Saints at 40 to 1 to win the Super Bowl.

(tied for 16th-19th)

for reference, not as good as preseason 2009 (equiv of 20:1, tied for 9th-11th)

and yes, I'm saying there's a chance
