So...As I understand it, I will be sitting on my butt doing nothing all day unless selected.... Anyone know if I can I bring my laptop with me, or other small form of entertainment?

Never been to jury duty, but I would seriously doubt that they would let you bring stuff like that in there.

Yes, the Gretna courthouse has wireless. I don't know what kind of rules they have in place though.

Actually I think they had wired access. they had about 4 or 5 ports for a ethernet wire at a desk. Thah may have changed since I went, but I would bring a wire just in case.
