What is his CURRENT injury status? Is he still injured and was released with an injury settlement? Or was he just straight up released after coming off IR?

Yea this is what I'm wondering. If he is healthy or right around the corner to making it back to 100% then I think it's a no brainer to sign him. Don't know what the story is with him right now but I'm sure we will find out soon.
