4/10. I refuse to believe that appearance at an interview isn't a top factor. Those questioned may not have wanted to give that response for fear of sounding shallow.

That's one I got wrong, too, and I disagree completely. Appearance is the first thing you notice, and it IS important. I couldn't pick one of these out (honesty, enthusiasm, verbal skills) to replace with appearance, but I'd rank them all equally. Appearance shows that you took the time to present yourself at your best for the interview; it also can indicate if you'll fit into the company culture.
