-Former Saints center/guard Joel Hilgenberg will be officially inducted into the Saints Hall of Fame during a luncheon on Friday.
A steady player, Hilgenberg appeared in 142 games with the Saints from 1984-93, earning a Pro Bowl berth in 1992 -- one year before he abruptly retired at the age of 31.
Hilgenberg, who will be honored at halftime of Sunday's game with the Ravens, will be the 34th person to be enshrined in the Saints Hall of Fame Museum, which is located in Kenner, La.
