So can Rice and Peppers, and you see how that worked out. A DE is the least of my worries this weekend. We've contained DE's all year long and protected Brees. Abraham being back doesn't bother me at all.Abraham is a difference maker. He could turn a game around if he is on his game.
Not true..when healthy, he can be a top tier defensive player. Fact is he's a *kitty*. Someone alluded to what he said about a contract year, and they are dead on. From that point on, Jet fans turned on him. He's a terrific talent..that's wasted due to softness/injury.I would run right at him. He is horrible against the run and only good in obvious passing downs. He probably won't even be a problem on passing downs either the way our o-line has been protecting Brees.
Abraham is a good player, but like Bonchie said...we've pretty much handled DE's all year long. I think the key is for us to handle Dunn and Crumpler
