I think this guy played his butt off today and deserves some recognition. I think he has earned a spot in our defensive line rotation that Gibbs likes to do. He was getting in Alex Smith's face alot. I.E. A sack, a few hurries, and a deflected pass on a screen that had big play written all over it.

It says something about the coaching to take a guy and throw him in his first NFL game and he shine like he did. He had a great game, I didn't even know who he was initially, I thought Jerry Romig was drinking in the booth again cause I thought he said Cooper instead of Bullocks. I guess I may have had too much. He played a good game though.

He played extremely well in the absence of Will Smith. I believe I heard we promoted him from the practice squad, so thumbs up to the coaching staff for that one.

Cooper wasn't even in the media guide this week. He rushed the passer very well, let's hope he keeps it up!

We were hiding him, just like Colston is the pre-season.

I know it's only one game for Cooper, but our defensive line has some very nice depth. With a healthy Ninkovich and hopefully the re-signing of Grant, this can be a very productive unit for years to come.
