Easy for Judy to write this after the fact. Amazing so many sports talking heads could have doubted Payton’s ability to evaluate and develop a qb, though.

This is a good read but the media is far too quick to deal in ultimatums. It's like calling an election result - the goal seems to be to declare the outcome first rather than making sure it's right.

Taysom will be better for the experience today but he is going to putting more material down on tape too. He's been an excellent contributor on this offence for several years now, but we're still a long way off knowing if he's the heir apparent at QB1.

I am happy that Taysom Hill has had a great start for justification that he can play QB in the NFL. Imagine...this is his first start.

Apparently Coach Payton knows a lot about Quarterback talent. We have a Steve Young type of talent backing up Drew Brees.

Let's keep in mind this is just a start. Taysom will experience bumps in the road. Every QB does.

For now, I am just as happy as the cat that ate the canary... alias the Falcons.
