Yes and no. It never hurts to put an emotional positive spin to your boss. I'm not saying it works with Loomis all that much, but I don't think it hurts.

Interesting that it sounds like we're working on a multi-year deal with him rather than just offering him a tender. I don't want to read too much into it and perhaps this doesn't come as a big surprise, but it sounds like Gallette is definitely in the plans for Rob Ryan.

I'm sure it doesn't hurt much. Especially since he is an RFA and his options are limited. In fact, it might make Loomis more likely to sing him to a longer term deal. Anyway, it's nothing but good news either way.
