Yikes!I know it is true, when i worked at a grocery warehouse,in the produce area,we got shipments of bananas and other tropical fruits and veges, sometimes we found exotic creatures in the crates!
Yikes!

Edwards contacted Costco where she bought the bananas. She says the store told her spiders sometimes arrive in banana shipments. Costco offered to credit her purchase.

And undoubtedly charge her $7.99 a pound for a Central American native tribal delicacy.

DD,are you serious? they eat them things?!Yuck!i would kill it with my foot crushing it.that is the extent of my involvement with the varmin.

It wasn't that big, but I sure have seen a lot of huge wierd spiders in boxes of bananas I opened while working food service in college. Big ugly suckers, and no I didn't eat them.
