Simple. But there's nothing else to say. The defense didn't play great, but eliminate some of the turnovers and it's a different ball game.

Brees made some poor decisions, and despite the great numbers hurt the team today.

I have confidence this team will protect the ball better and win some games down the stretch.

Yep like that 1st & goal and we throw the ball..... u cud say that we could not punch it in later in the game. So maybe Payton knows the line cant run block inside the 10 when it's clear we gonna run.... Still, Deuce was running hard if I remember well... was surprised we did not try to run on 1st & goal.
