Has anybody heard anything about Deuce and any possible interest from other teams? If not I would love the Saints to put him on the coaching staff, front office or in some capacity (Sorry but he can't take up a roster spot). He should be a part of this magic carpet ride as well.

Any thoughts?

I'm sure he'll be brought back into the organization in some capacity (if he wants too), just as Fred McAfee was when he finally, completely retired. But it probably won't be during this season, especially if Deuce still holds some hope of being on an NFL roster at some point.

Does any team have interest in him? If yes then by all means Deuce should play for another organization.

My point is we are 6 weeks into this thing and I haven't heard a peep about a team interested in him. So I'm guessing it aint going to happen.

If I am Payton I am giving this guy a call and asking him you want a make a few bucks helping out coaching our scout team or RBs washing unis or anything? Deuce means too much to this team to this city and the fans just not to at least ask.
