Heeeeeeeelpppppppp. Problem not fixed.

My home pc for some odd reason is not playing youtube videos, which really cramps my style. Every time I click on some vid, it ends up telling me that I have to download the latest Flashplayer; I did just that and still no go. I'm having this problem both with firefox and internet explorer.

Staff--I know this thread belongs on the puter thread, but leave it up here for awhile now anyway so it gets some traffic. Many thanks in advance for all your help, support, and good-old fashion American know-how.
