Yup. Henry Ruggs trial was delayed almost 12 months. This will drag on into 2023 IMO...

Last I heard he was out on bail. He hasnt even had his preliminary hearing yet (Sept 7).

I believe on bail. He's delaying it as much as possible and enjoying what freedom he has left. He's going to be doing a fairly long stretch, at the very least. Long enough that he'll be too old to play football at a high level again. Vegas doesn't play nice with DUIs, especially ones that result in fatalities (especially in a case like this where he well over the speed limit.). They're going to do everything they can to put him away for as long as possible to make an example out of him.
