2024 - 13.2m (6 mil dead money)
2025 - 25.4m (3 mil dead money)

This is why the struture can matter so much. This really isn't a 5yr - 15 mil/yr deal. That last year is very unlikely to happen. I'd call it 4 years, 48.6 mil.

Yeah I caught that. They started the signing bonus payoff this year. So 2025 is completely optional. I just spread the signing bonus over Yate's extension years.

It still works out the same for the most part as an overall 4-year deal. You just already paid that 3 mil instead of paying it as dead money in 2025. OTC had a little extra money in there also. I tend to trust OTC's numbers, but didn't think it was significant enough difference to retract. Pretty much a 12m/yr deal that many were guessing originally.
