Yes he is available, Lions released him and i haven't heard of him signing anywhere as of yet. No his injuries aren't career threating BUT he has been injured every year since he entered the league.

I think he's gonna eventually sign with the Eagles. He's from the area orginally, they have a need and he said that he's been in contact with them.
