Who do we have to payoff to get a touchback on a kickoff?

I know our punter sucks but isn't there some scrub free agent out there that can kick it into the freaking endzone?

I agree wholeheartedly. I don't have the stats in front of me, but it seemed that after we kicked off the Bengals (and about every other team we've played) has started no further back than their own 35 yard line, often beyond the 40. Obviously, Carney does not have the leg strength to kick touchbacks, and I recall Weatherford getting a shot and booting it out of bounds.

Point is, after we kickoff, the opposing team is usually facing a 60 yard field as opposed to an 80 yard one, which adds pressure to an already mediocre defense.

Why this has not been adressed is beyond me.
