Kiper missing DRC (1 Viewer)

Kiper's Top Defensive Backs were listed on ESPN today. There was abcolutely no mention of DRC at all. I doubt that it was an accident. I am not a big fan of Kiper but he is thorough. Anyone have any thoughts on why he was not mentioned.

I did see a lot of other guys that I would like to see the Saitns pursue.

Pretty sure it was indeed an accident since Kiper has DRC projected to be picked 10th, and has him ranked as his #1 senior CB, ahead of McKelvin.

Where are you getting that from? The last Kiper list I saw had the Saints taking Kentwan Balmer and had Aquib Talib and Leodis McKelvin selcted before pick #10.

Don't you think that it is odd that he was not mentioned at all and Kiper discussed at least 15 other defensive backs that will be selected in the first and second round.

Yes, I do. But I think it was simply an honest mistake. Or, and given the "power" of ESPN I question this, but perhaps when they sat down to film the piece in the past day or two it dawned on them that they simply didn't have any good footage of DRC since he is from such a small school...and rather than play grainy, hard to see footage, they simply elected to ignore him.

They play crappy footage all the time when it is warranted. If that was the case, the still mentioned many guys that they did not show highlights for.

I don't know what to tell you then. It just happened, but it's clearly not based on Kiper's opinion of DRC.
