Saints running back Mark Ingram returned to practice today, after missing yesterday with an undisclosed illness. Ingram was not on today's injury report.

The Saints placed Safety Erik Harris on injured reserved after he tore his ACL in Monday's practice. LT Terron Armstead (knee) LB Dannell Ellerbe (quad) and CB Delvin Breaux (fibula) have all been ruled out for this week.

The Saints also continued to tweak their roster today claiming QB Joe Callahan, after he was put on waivers today by the Green Bay Packers. To make room for Callahan on the roster the Saints released OL Khalif Barnes. "What are they telling you by the decision to sign another QB?" Saints color analyst Deuce McAllister asked, and then answered, "they are telling you they aren't happy with Garret Grayson's development. Callahan was an un-drafted rookie free agent out of Division III Wesley College.
