Speculation Latest Kamara update (…doesn’t look good, WhoDats)! 😔 (1 Viewer)

I’m ready to move on from him, missing this year might be a good thing for the rest of the team. Help others step up and not rely on what Kamara potentially brings to the offense.

There are a few crap channels on YouTube that have zero basis in hard facts. Speculation and rumor (often much like mainstream media) seems to be enough to report as "fact".

The crime that Kamara is charged with carries a minimum sentence of one year. This much is true. But he hasn't been tried for that yet, let alone convicted. What charges the DA and Kamara's attorneys agree to may be a far different thing altogether. Whether there were mitigating circumstances etc (remember Mike Tyson hitting that guy on the airplane, but only after that guy was repeatedly egging him on?) We still don't know what led up to the altercation. But this channel has no problem passing Kamara off as "done".

Yep. Same YouTube channel put the following title out in April: "Alvin Kamara Finally Reveals His Prison Sentence, Goodbye Alvin Kamara"

Traditional media link, or it didn't happen.
Hate click bait post and agree YT is not the answer but to depend on anything from the media is also a waste unfortunately. I will wait to hear from NFL until then we still don’t really know.

We can all agree Kamara will face something as he is guilty.

The clip doesn't seem to show any video evidence except a brief clip of the conversation in the taxi after the fact.

Purely as a fan I'm hopeful that Darnell did something stupid to provoke Kamara that we're not aware of yet.

It's sad that he's after the kind of women that would be impressed by this sort of behavior rather than his professional accomplishments. It's demonstrative of an inner emptiness.
apperently the guy

from what I’m hearing the Darnell guy pushed/shoved or slapped one of the woman on the butt. That’s just what I’ve heard of there’s any truth to it I’m not sure so take it for what it’s worth lol

Is this "District youtube channel" yet another site of regular schlubs chasing views and likes playing dress-up as sports journalists or pundits?

It's annoying.
I scrolled through the video cause I didn't want to watch it all and it's basically half Kamara highlights, a couple already seen clips and them talking. Clickbait trash.

You do the crime you do the time.

Don't care if your rich or famous.
Yeah. And imagine if that started being true for all people of influence. U and I could then prob be pastors/mayors/CEO's, etc. because there would be no one else to choose from. Until someone rolls a tape one day. LOl. But yeah, it is disappointing.

Agreed… but I’ve been around long enough to know that $MONEY$$ has a way of solving a lot of issues like this.

Just have to wait and see. If he had beat up a lady or a child.. he’d be done (and rightfully so)… but bashing some drunk dude in a casino??

I’ll wait and see

The evidence appears to be overwhelming.

Speculation is that his attorneys will look for a plea deal, which will likely result in his serving time.

Dang!

:gosaints:

I saw the same thumbnail last night and kept scrolling. While I create YouTube content myself, I don't expect anything from a legal aspect of Kamara's situation to be leaked on YouTube. That info will be held close to the vest.

Look I love Kamara, I’ve owned a total of 4 Saints jerseys in my life. Bush, Vilma, Brees, and Kamara, that is just how much I’ve viewed him as the new face of this team and a leader.

However, since 2020 he’s shown such poor ability to handle being a pro, starting with that Covid garbage leading up to our Playoff game, knowing damn well Brees was most likely leaving after that year.

He’s made some extremely bad choices by the standard he has earned. And that standard is something to no take for granted, he’s the face of our franchise in many ways the last few years, and he’s let us down as a leader multiple times.

Personally I want to move on from this situation and feel as the days that go by, that he’s closer to the Overrated rating that came out than I I ever hoped he would be. He’s been pedestrian at best for a couple years now. I think it’s time to move on and embrace Jamal and the rookie after this season.

It’s a tough opinion but not one I have come to lightly

This all lines up with the Kamara story in the beginning. Dude(who was drunk) was talking slick to one of Kamara female friends(which by itself is enough to get your head kicked in) then proceeded to go on the elevator with them, Kamara stopped him because of that. Then his friend hit him and we know the rest. Buddy(I refuse to call him a victim) went to the hospital and the only name he could remember is Alvin Kamara.(Really!)

You see that 10 million dollar lawsuit he filed, that is what he really wants. Then dudes lawyer filed that before the criminal trial started.
