This list is not right... neither Ray Lewis nor Bart Scott are FAs... and they are missing T. Suggs... but yes we can definitey use an OLB from FA, and maybe draft one to groom...

Just to help make your point, since 2001 we've drafted 6 LBers and only 1 is still on the roster (Mitchell).
