Let's hear from Jimmy Graham (1 Viewer)

What we do to really piss him off? We made him a star... and pay him like a star. I guess it's a good thing we dumped him before he became a basket case.

I mean, he always said he didn't want to play for any other QB than Brees. But we literally traded him to a team that had been a juggernaut (like it or not) that was poised to snatch up SB rings like mad. It's not like we traded him to the Browns for their center. It was the best case scenario, and he still dragged us through the mud.

He can go sulk back in Seattle, now.

No reason to do this. Let it go.

We got a hard fought win. Enjoy that.
To do what? Talk about a sour ex-player that who, without Drew, would have been an average receiving TE because he can't block?

We can enjoy the win and mention his child like behavior.

I think there may be a direct correlation between the two.

Graham was never the same after the arbitration hearings regarding his contract. He's NEVER acted mature or professional since. He even tweeted Akim Hicks about how he should feel blessed to be out of N.O. when the Saints traded him to the Pats!!

He doesn't have a first ballot HOF QB throwing to him anymore and he looks like exactly what he is............an average player!!

All that being said I'm not giving Graham any quarter on his play his career or any of his actions!! He proved again today how immature and childish he really is!!

Was crazy seeing Sherman walking around, hugging and chatting and laughing with Saints players... with Graham having already run off the field.

Sherman has a lot of respect for Drew and SP. They have been nothing but complimentary of Sherman so he has a lot of respect for both of them. Graham on the other hand does not like SP so it is no surprise the only surprise is him not running over to Drew they were really good friends.

I have to agree 100% with that Drew made him who he is. Drew makes practice squad receivers look like their Pro Bowl caliber I.E. Willie Snead and I'm not knocking Snead but he literally looks Pro Bowl when he is with Brees.

Y'all think it's possible it wasn't so much about losing and more so about Seattle not giving him a chance to win it? He may not play with a mean-streak but he was certainly a competitor in both football and basketball. If I was coming back to the team that traded me as a redzone specialist and you don't script any plays for me and we lose, I'd have been ****** too

I'd be PO'd if i were him too. I have NO IDEA why they don't utilize him more, particularly in the red zone.

Everyone in the Superdome dreaded the jump pass to Jimmy on that last play. Carroll is a moron for refusing to let Jimmy do what he does best.

He's been pretty good this year, I think he's a much more physical player, better blocker. I won't give him any grief, he played his butt off for our team, we need to move on.

This. Just move on guys.

If there's anyone who deserves our mocking, it's Sherman.

**** Sherman.

Graham catching a GW TD with no time on the clock and then dunking it over the cross bar would've been the most Saints thing that ever happened.

i fully expected it.

yeah no doubt Sherman is a ******, but Graham is a real average receiving TE now. so what's his benefit to the team as a possibly average blocker and average receiver pushing 30 with a bad attitude and declining athleticism?

You guys are the cry babies. One of the most physically gifted players in the league and we gave him the shaft. Don't get it twisted. And don't act like we didn't miss him, either.

As much as he might drive me crazy during games he's always been all class after the game and all class with the fans. He's an emotional player and knows when to turn it on and turn it off.

Sucks to hear about Jimmy, but I'm past that.

Honestly, I think Graham immediately running off the field after the loss proved he actually still misses this team. I don't believe his personality has ever meshed with Seattle's locker room. He may have gone all diva on us in '14, but I think in Jimmy's eyes, he was ****** at his football family. He never once thought he'd be traded, and all of a sudden he was being shipped off across country to a championship squad - I know... the horror.

But Jimmy seems to still be jilted, and you only carry that type of emotion when you're filled with resentment and/or regret. Under was traded too, and had we lost, I have no doubt that Max would have taken it like a man and laughed it up with his former teammates.

I hate how Graham's been all in his feelings and disrespectful to this organization over the trade. But what ****** me off more is that he didn't even have the nads to go shake Brees's hand or speak to any of the players he battled alongside while here.

This game cemented - in my eyes- that we won that trade hands down.

Geaux Saints!

How exactly did the Saints shaft Graham?? He was a TE who literally took the Saints to arbitration for WR money!! If he wins the arbitration it was the Saints who get shafted!!

Then on top of that he threw the team and some players under a bus when he was traded so as far as my knowledge goes he has had NOTHING good to say about a team who made him wealthy beyond his wildest dreams and HE GOT SHAFTED????

Looks like to me you're defending the biggest cry baby involved in all of this!!:angryrazz:

And for the record I DON"T miss him one bit!!

I don't understand why Jimmy has to be like this. He became a superstar in NOLA and got paid like one. He got traded and as far as we can tell it wasn't personal; just business. This is the same guy that said he would never play for a QB other than Brees and he couldn't even go say hi to drew after the game?
