Tina Fey destroyed SNL.

Disagree. Saturday Night Live has been a shell of it's former self for a long time now, but I don't think you can lay that at the feet of Tina Fey. The show's quality is cyclical; it'll go years with mostly crappy shows, then all of a sudden it'll be good again for a couple seasons. Not sure it's been great, though, in over 15 years...
