He has only himself to blame for dragging this out for so long. All he has to do is get rid of Jason Garrett TODAY and I guarantee the Cowboys will look like an entirely new team by next week.

Just who is he supposed to make the new head coach? From what I have heard is that almost all of the staff are also in their final year. As bad as Dallas is they are still in the hunt for a playoff spot. I think Garret is gone unless they win at least 1 playoff game if not 2, but the only real candidate out there at this point is Rivera and I doubt he will agree to an interview until the spot is vacant. That is one of the unwritten rules that most coaches tend to abide by.
