The Cardinals and the Cowboys have had a one-sided rivalry over the years. The Cardinals regarded the Cowboys as enemies; the Cowboys regarded the Cardinals as a mild annoyance.

Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray recently spiced things up with this explanation for the fact that he wasn’t a Cowboys fan despite growing up in Texas (via the Blogging The Boys Twitter account): “They were always arse.”

Lol Kyler Murray is awesome. I'm now a fan.

Site keeps changing last word to arse so it is messing up the link

For people in Kyler Muray's generation, teams like the Cowboys are a joke while the Saints are the standard franchise of winning lol
For Texas NFL fans or NFL fans nationwide under the age of 30, Dallas has been an inconsistent, test case example of mediocrity in terms of its FO, ownership decisions, reckless, impulsive ego-driven idiocy where since 1996, 25 years, Dallas has only won 4 postseason games and failed to advance past the second round of the playoffs. Atlanta has appeared in and played in 2 SB's during that same time period. Minnesota has played in 4 NFCCGs since mid-90's(1998, 2000, 2009 and 2017), and we (Saints) have played in 3 NFCCGs, won one and then subsequently SB 44, were screwed out of winning the 2018 NFCCG by a terrible officiating crew and maybe another SB title.
Philly has appeared in two SB's and won one, SB LII, and for most of the 2000's played in the NFCCG like it was a yearly occurrence. Some of the Cowboys biggest rivals, hated enemies have far outperformed, paced, and exceeded the Cowboys in every meaningful positive statistical NFL category.

One gets the sad impression that Dallas is still sort of stuck in the late-90's, from a organizational, infrastructural standpoint or perspective. You need more then just a few decent or good drafts, and deluding one's self into thinking you can just buy or purchase seemingly good NFL player with discipline issues and he'll magically adjust to some sense of normalcy once his plane lands down in the DFW like Charles Haley supposedly did.

I’m enjoying all the replies from 45 year olds on Twitter defending the Cowboys.
It's amazing how they're in a time warp. It's been almost 40 years since the triplets.
