Losers of three of their past four games, the Saints can't continue to give them away and hope to remain in contention for the playoffs

Back in training camp, Saints Coach Sean Payton said he told his players two or three times that they hadn't yet faced "the test."
"There's going to be a stretch where things don't go exactly how you hope they go," Payton said back then. "You're going to have a couple gut checks throughout the course of the season. It happens to most teams."
Well, this is the test.
At 6-4, the Saints still are in prime playoff position, but they need to find a way to end their first two-game losing streak and stop this maddening flood of turnovers.
