And to be clear, I get people saying they don't like a move or why a decision is bad. What I don't get is the constant posts bashing and/or taking personal shots at Loomis with no substance and just saying "this is a trash fire organization", "we will never win as long as Loomis is GM", "Keep chopping wood", "keep doing what you are doing", "Loomis is an arrogant butt crevasse", "he compared DA to HoF coaches", "look beyond the results", "chewing gum", and on and on ad nauseum. At least bring some substance.

Fans being upset at their GM because their team is in cap hell while also being almost completely bare of talent is par for the course.

This also doubles during the offseason when theres not much else to discuss and our flaws are unfortunately very front of mind.

There's a laundry list of failures that fall on Mickey and if you don't want to engage with someone who points them out or is upset with him, you don't have to.

Spare a thread or few would be nice. I wanted Loomis fired, but it's water under the bridge now and complaining incessantly isn't going to make the site any more enjoyable. Probably explains why I spend a lot more time on the EE than the SSF, lol.

Not buying that at all Loomis.

Candidates pulled out because our cap situation and roster construction.... basically because of you Mickey.

Then why were they in it to begin wirh? It’s not like that was something that came out during the interview process. They all dropped out when they found out they weren’t getting the job

I'm of the mind that that's exactly what happened with McCarthy, you cant fire me , I quit. I also think that because Brady and Moore have the same agent Brady pulled out because he knew he was not our 1st choice and we were going with Moore. Brady did not want to be turned down by a 3rd team in 1 yr. Optics , Optics , Optics

I never start these threads; I just chime in. I've made several posts about getting the BPA (maybe Jenty in other threads), but I never pass up a chance to talk about our main deficiency: he who should remain unnamed.

I'm honestly not including you in that group. You clearly don't like Loomis, but you don't just drop the same one liner in every thread and actually have substantive discussions. And you actually talk about football. It's the folks who seem to have the singular obsession with bashing Loomis and essentially don't post about anything other than posts taking shots at Loomis with no substance.
