So, what do fans do? Buy for BOTH?

If you purchase for one bowl and it ends up in another, then what?

Those tickets sound cheap compared to a Saints' ticket.

I'm guessing the "pre-sale" is a smaller fee, then when we find out which bowl it is whoever bought a pre-sale get to decide whether or not they want to pay the full price for that bowl game.

They charge a $1.00 processing fee, then bill you after it is decided which bowl they will play in. Latest numbers I heard is they have had 28,500 requests for the Rose Bowl, which is already matching what Michigan sold two years ago for Texas game.
