I don't believe Miles ever meant he was going to use a two QB system. His statement was just diplomatic coach speak that Harris should keep his head up and keep trying to better himself in case he has to go back in again. Saying "we'll need both" is not saying he's going to alternate. And I think after Saturday's game, everyone should realize that now.

Totally agree. I was asking before the game started. After the game, I think it's clear as day that Etling is the starter and Harris is the backup and nothing more.
