It's only fair that Roger Goodell should get a urine test every time a player gets a urine test.

I'm sure they're randomly drug testing a lot of players. Don't really see why it's a big deal a ton of occupations do this.

k, but that approach is sensible (read: boring) and goodell still has so much he owes us that picturing players urine sampling all over his face is too fun to pass up
