I picked up Hamilton in one of my fantasy leagues, and I'm thinkin about starting him tomorrow.....Has anyone heard if him and PT are goin to split time or is he goin to get the majority of the carries.....Or am I just completely wrong and he's not playin at all?????

If I start him I'm either goin to look like a genius or an idiot tomorrow for pickin him up!!!!!!

I'm 0-2, my squad is not that strong and I need somethin to go my way so WISH ME LUCK!!!!!!

I'm a little concerned that he hasn't had game speed action (including "takin' on the hits") for a few weeks now.

If Hamilton is able to HOLD-ONTO-THE-BALL, I'll be very happy. :ezbill:

I was considering picking him up also, but I already have Brees, Colston, Shockey, Carney and the Saints D. starting with Meach, Moore and Bell on my bench. :9:

week 5 might be tough but other than that I'm good. :hihi:

Statistically it's better to have all your starters with the same bye week.

When Payton himself says "I don't think that is accurate" when asked about him taking Bell's role, I'd say it's not a good play to start him in fantasy.

Bush is gonna get the majority of the touches.

for the bye i have Trent Edwards, Laurent Robinson and Heath Miller, but I do have to work the roster to cover the D and Carney. The D I can probably drop and pick back up after the bye but if Carney is still the kicker that might be risky.

Not into FF, but consider this. PT is still sore and will get some time, but not the bulk. Bush still tends to want to dance with D-linemen if he doesn't see a hole right away, so he still will not be getting the bulk of the carries, IMO. Last week against Philly, the Saints threw their last pass of the game with 10:20 left in the fourth quarter. (I DVR'd it and checked after they showed a graphic of Brees' yards, etc., and I noticed they were the same stats he finished the game with.) If all goes according to plan, SOMEBODY for the Saints will be running it up the gut during the bulk of the fourth quarter.

I watched Lynell in camp. Not the same as Bell.
He doesn't impress me, TBH. I hope he proves me wrong.

I don't think we'll be able to move the ball on the ground if Reggie gets the majority of the carries. This is not pessimism. This is realism. We need Hamilton and Thomas to carry the majority of the load especially in the rain. The rain is terrible for cutback runners. The percentages say that Reggie will not be effective on the ground in the rain.

I have a prediction. You will go 0-3. If you have hamilton on your team...i'd hate to see the rest. I bet you have Justin Fargas and Shaun Alexander too. hahaha
