I think the major announcement is that the Bengals are moving to LA, and LA has promised to build a prison with a retractable roof for the players to stay in during the offseason.

The NFL will not allow a team in L.A until every owner with an old Stadium gets a new one. Then the Raiders or Chargers will go.
