I thought about that before the game. Vacarro is the one player we needed. Had he been able to play we would've won imo. Watching Harper trying to make some of those tackles was horrendous to watch. You can definitely tell he's lost a few steps in his game (not like he was fast before). Injuries should never be an excuse but when you have pretty much an entire starting defensive unit out it will hurt.

Vaccaro turns a few 12-20 yard runs into 8-10 yard gains. RBs running free into the secondary doesnt get fixed with a SS

We got more problems that one player can fix.

We still lose that game with Vaccaro out there.

Our defense is still historically terrible with Vaccaro out there.
