I know we signed him as punt returner, but I think he plays CB too...Anyone know if he's any good?

He is basically a return man. He is not the answer at CB.

He's a "cb" in name only. He had hardly ever actually played the position. He's a return specialist.

Scherels did fill in as CB in a couple extreme emergency cases in the past but he's not what you would want. I'd comb other teams practice squads for better options.
Love Marcus, but not as a CB in the NFL in 2019.
