New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his explosive performance against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.

Ingram carried 14 times for 146 yards and a touchdown, ripped off a 61-yard run and scored on a 21-yard touchdown pass.

For Ingram, it's the first time he's ever earned NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors, and it's not just Ingram.

No Saints running back had won a Player of the Week award since Reggie Bush won it in 2006.
