I'm likely to sound dumb, but - post earthquake it looks like the tower moved closer to where the photographer is. May be my eyes playing tricks on me based on camera location and lenses... but it looks significantly closer in relation to the buildings on the right.

The Abruzzi region is one of the nicest places in Italy, mountains and beach within an hour.

Sad to see so much damage in a few short years.

I'm surprised there's so much damage. 6.2 isn't super strong.
