Beirut, Lebanon a bit ago. Local news outlets reporting it's on a dock where explosives (fireworks) are reportedly stored.

as the blast wave moves out, you can see roof tops getting flipped over just before he takes cover.

That looked like one of those chemical/fertilizer plant explosions especially with the red mushroom cloud.

Interesting, because when I was watching the Borzou/BNO tweet, you can see flashes of bright white in the smoke. It looked to me a lot like what I'd expect from commercial fireworks exploding. Maybe a combination of both if they were stored in proximity.
