you're league is the no fun league, not allowing trades. The conspirators should have been kicked out of the league or pay a penalty. Your commish took the easy way out apparently

...there are no trades in my league becaue of people consipring...eric

In my league, all trades have a two day waiting period and must be voted on by all managers prior to approval. This tends to keeps thing in balance somewhat.
