Well on the Official site he is listed as restricted. If he's the guy I'm thinking of from Troy he's a keeper and we need all the lbs we can get.

I can't think of anything better than the Bucs signing him if they have to give up a pick. If they don't then it isn't like we can't replace a 3rd string Lb and a special teamer.
