This kid must be delusional. O well, if they give it to him, more to hinder the Falcons. They would be in a worse cap situation than we are since our caps are already comparable as is.

According to ESPN's John Clayton, Matt Ryan will "clearly" target Drew Brees money in 2013 extension talks.
Ryan is owed $10 million entering a contract year, and the Falcons will want to lock him up before the 2013 season. Brees received $20 million per year from the Saints last July. Ryan's agent will be watching the Joe Flacco-Ravens talks closely. Flacco wants Brees money as well, and Ryan has out-performed him. Jan 28 - 6:28 PM

Yah baby! Give Splat Cryan $20 million a year to achieve more of what he has already achieved: a bad reputation and no hopes in the playoffs. He is there Hebert. Production, but no productivity. Well, at least he didn't toss a game like Hebert did back in the 90's.
