He just picked us to play the chargers in the superbowl. Said that the chargers will win though. Its amazing how much difference a week can make.

Just last week Atlanta was gonna win the next 10000 superbowls.

Saints in Superbowl?!!

Merrill Hoge just said that it will be Rivers vs. Brees and the Chargers will win.
Hoge and Salisbury picked Brees as biggest pick up and Coach Payton as Coach of the year! That freaking cool!! Never heard that before!

Saints in the Superbowl

An ESPN commentator (don't know his name) just predicted the Saints and the Chargers for this years Superbowl! Wow! How crazy would that be? At least we are getting some love!

Merril Hodge's Superbowl prediction

The bandwagon is growing. San Diego vs New Orleans with San Diego winning.

We went from maybe winning 3 - 5 games this year to the Superbowl. This is exactly why I couldn't care less about what these analysts/sportcasters/etc say about anything.

Yea, I saw that, I had to rewind the TIVO and look again. Oh, well I hope he changes that pick it is usually bad luck I think.

Beat me too...nice to hear the Saints getting some respect, but seeing as Hodge picked Cincy and Dallas to go superbowling pre-season, let's not buy our tickets to Miami just yet.

The Chargers?

Did he watch that game last night?

Of course next week they'll say something else.

That is funny as he is one of the two NFL experts (Mortenson was the other) that picked the Bucs to win this weekend. I guess its the approach of whatever causes conversation/controversy.

I was just excited to hear the words "Super Bowl" and "Saints" in the same sentence.
