It boggles my mind just how many people in this world enjoy fixing things that aren’t broken, whether it’s in the corporate world, sports, or life in general.

He's not adding that much weight and I'm sure he'll remain a beast but sometimes you don't need to change a thing. Remember when Deuce was one of the most explosive dual threat RBs in the league with a rare combination of size and speed? He was one of the most gifted players I have ever seen. Naturally Haslett wasn't satisfied with that so Deuce transformed into a different player. Never understood why you would start monkeying around with an elite player.

As other users alluded, Parsons was drafted as a linebacker and wants to be paid in his next contract as a DE to get paid more. He will not actually be changing anything just using social media to start the basis of of negotiation. On draft day players are often characterized as Edge rather than DE or Linebacker. Parsons contract should be above TJ Watt as an edge to reset the edge market.

Not aimed at you personally, but I had a question for all.....
So you don't think that Parsons and the Cowboys won't be testing his agility for every 5 lbs or so that he's adding?
Or do you think they'll wait until he gets all the way to 270 to find out if it was a bad idea?

Same. I want Parsons to stay injury-free, gut their salary cap, and for them to lose while he still performs at a Hall of Fame level.
