So you don't need to see and hear what happens to know? Must be nice to be so perceptive. How often are you wrong about things?
I’m wrong more often than I’m not.

Why so serious?

Didn't detect you were being facetious.
I’m pretty certain the whenever Cohen testifies, it’s going to be a bad day for Trump. I’m not sure if you disagree with that or just misunderstood the analogy.

Cohen’s one public hearing will be tomorrow. And tonight, this is going down:

From Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) tweeted to Cohen directly:

And then:

To which Gaetz seems to think his comments are just part of the “marketplace of ideas”.

Gaetz is a miserable human. He's lucky that either he's a good lawyer or pulled some strings to get his DUI effectively dropped.

So am traveling today (stopped for lunch) and hearing on the radio that Cohen has “delayed” or cancelled his voluntary testimony citing safety concerns for his family.

I’m hearing that both Trump and Giuliani have said that “people” should investigate his father in law. Giuliani said it on air directly. He said Cohen shouldn’t testify because there would be severe repercussions against his father in law.

Is it just okay now to intimidate a witness out in the open?
Matt Gaetz says "Hold my beer!"

Literally.

This is the essence of the man:

“He is capable of behaving kindly, but he is not kind. He is capable of committing acts of generosity, but he is not generous. He is capable of being loyal, but he is fundamentally disloyal.”

As Exhibit 5 to my testimony shows, I am providing a copy of a $35,000 check that President Trump personally signed from his personal bank 14 account on August 1, 2017 – when he was President of the United States – pursuant to the cover-up, which was the basis of my guilty plea, to reimburse me – the word used by Mr. Trump’s TV lawyer -- for the illegal hush money I paid on his behalf. This $35,000 check was one of 11 check installments that was paid throughout the year – while he was President.

The President of the United States thus wrote a personal check for the payment of hush money as part of a criminal scheme to violate campaign finance laws. You can find the details of that scheme, directed by Mr. Trump, in the pleadings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
So we're clear: that's a felony committed while he was president with corroborating evidence.

Jacob Engels gives a shout out to that scumbag who was in the USA Today article yesterday about making up politically motivated smears to support Trump. Tells you all you need to know about Engels.

Well, if that’s the tone that his opening remarks establish, its going to be interesting.

Of course Trump and the Trump cult will insist it’s all lies. I don’t know if it’s all true but it’s certainly not all lies because a great deal of it can be corroborated.

More than just the DUI though...
Rep. Matthew Gaetz, R-Fort Walton Beach, 32, has been cited for 16 tickets since 1999, including one for driving 60 mph in a 35 mph zone on Christmas 2011 in Jackson County.
