Michael Thomas high-ankle injury, believes he can play through (1 Viewer)

This is really bad. High ankle sprains will take a long time to heal back to 100%. For Thomas who cuts and change directions as violently as he does, I really hope this doesn’t become a season long issue.

A high ankle sprain is not something that goes away in just a couple of weeks like a regular run of the mill ankle sprain and it could very well affect him for the rest of the season. A regular sprain affects the tendons around the ankle while a high ankle sprain affects the tendons that run from the top of the ankle up into the calf. Huge difference!!

This is not good at all.
