Per Mike's twitter, they were being mailed over the weekend and into today. I was wondering as well as this seems to be the latest I can recall ever receiving the guide.

Ditto in Conyers, GA. Haven't got an update since it was at the New Orleans Distribution Center on Tuesday, was supposed to arrive Wednesday.
