I think JW might take a pay cut and stay. Dalton should be on I55 heading north.
JW still has some life in his arm and deserves a shot at starting...which won't happen here. Sadly, there are two NFCS teams that need a QB and he might be scary with a chip on his shoulder. Dalton is the logical #2 in NO.

Eh...if you're going with familiarity with a pared down system, sure. Jameis and Carr's skillsets actually have a lot of overlap.

IF Mike stays, how many wide receivers will we keep and who are they? I ask the latter because I dunno if Deonte is still under contract. But IF he is, we keep SIX cause he’ll b the “starter” at KR/PR. So, Mike, CO, Sheed n Harty make 4. The other 2? For now, on paper, probably Trequan n Kirkwood. But IMO there’s likely gonna b lotsa competition for those last 2 spots! We’ll see!
Deonte is a FA and you’d have to think he’s a gone pecan with the emergence of Shaheed.

Thanks for sharing. But IMO, if there’s anything we can do to keep Deonte, we should! In his limited time last year, Sheed showed us something WR! Not only is he fast, he’s got nice hands, n surprised many with his route running! Now that we have DC at QB. let him stay ar WR, to work with n Carr n learn! Better to do this, instead of splitting time at PR/KR if possible.

If MT comes back healthy, big if I know, but if the man comes back healthy then we might be working with something here folks. I have totally dismissed the idea that MT would ever play another down for the Saints. But the possibility of him coming back has me a little excited now. On paper we would have a great mix of pass catchers. And more importantly we'd have someone who can get them the ball.

I've just talked myself into a Super Bowl run lol! God I love when I have some sunshine to pump. Haven't had much to work with lately though. The glass is half full right now though because we're about to crush free agency and the draft. I can feel it in my plums.

I do believe we will win the division with Carr at the helm. Health provided. I’ll enjoy seeing our team in the playoffs again, got spoiled and came to expect it the last couple of decades. 😂

Loved his attitude and everything here but Jameis at either Atlanta or Carolina doesn't scare me anymore than it did back when he was at Tampa.

Remove Landry, add Rashid Shaheed, at least for the graphic. Would not mind Landry back here on the cheap though.
I’ll take Marvin Jones over Landry if he’s available at his Spotrac price point of $3m/yr. Has lined up wide his whole career, and only needs to make a few contested chain moving catches while Olave, Shaheed, and Johnson handle the volume. Not a dream X, but an affordable one that can be called on to make big catches.

Anything is possible but Winston could have a chance to get playing time elsewhere if he's willing to sign on a team friendly deal and compete to be the bridge QB while a young guy develops. If he plays well enough, he could parlay that into a more serious look next season. I wouldn't mind seeing him stick around here longer if it's a favorable deal, but we know he wants to be on the field. I think he'll ask for his release and the team will oblige.

Now he need to upgrade the TE, Oline and RB position. Care doesn’t fix all of our problems, He’s not Brees and we don’t have Payton he needs WEAPONS real weapons to succeed. mike and Chris would be a great start
