Well I did this last week and had fun with it so here ya go.
Criteria: W/L. Dominance. Quality of opponent...in that order
So the 2-0 teams come first (you have to at least have the power to beat the teams on your schedule), then dominance, then quality of opponents. Not perfect, but neither is anyone else's.

1. Saints. (2) Completely annahilated NFC runners-up on the road. NEXT?
2. Vikings. (3) Kind of like the Saints although slightly less impressive. AP= BEAST
3. Falcons. (7) Beat another 08 playoff team
4. Jets. (8) Thanks for beating the Patsy's at full strength.
5. 49ers (10) Beat 2 decent divisional opponents including the NFC champs
6. Colts. (12) Made short work of the Phins with a 3-1 TOP deficit.
7. Giants. (11) 2 tough NFC East wins. Neither were 08 playoff teams
8. Ravens. (6) 2 close games--Is there D not as good as in the past?
9. Broncos. (16) You need to beat who's on your schedule and they are doing that.
1-1's
10. Bears. (25) Looks like Cutler was just jittery in his first start, they beat the Champs
11. Steelers. (9) Oof, big stumble vs Bears
12. Eagles. (1) There is no shame in what happened against NO, they'll be back with VICK!
13. Cardinals. (22) Sent the Jags back to the jungle
14. Bengals. (27) Can beat you any time, they just won't
15. Packers. (13) Helter Skelter...
16. Patriots. (15) They are NOT what we THOUGHT they were.
17. Texans. (31) Nice win vs Titans.
18. Bills. (19) It's Tampa Bay. Get over it. Good luck next week. You'll need it.
19. Chargers. (14) Almost 0-2 but for the Raiduhs
20. Cowboys. (5) Win vs Tampa Bay...yawn. Lost a divisional game.
22. Raiders. (20) 2 4th quarter go-ahead drives. One of them held up. JM...ich.
21. Seahawks. (4) They are in trouble if MH is out for a while.
23. Redskins. (18) Beat the Chiefs...Badly. JC sucks & I'm waiving him on my FF team.
0-2's
24. Titans. (17) Vince ... where are you?
25. Dolphins. (21) Whacked by two good teams.
26. Jaguars. (23) Tough schedule but don't think they have what it takes on O or D
27. Panthers. (29) They won't finish last. I don't see 8 wins.
28. Lions. (28) Improving, hung with the Vikes for a little while. Too much AP
29. Chiefs. (24) They've got SOME talent, but need to be able to beat Oakland.
30. Browns. (26) Maybe these guys DON'T have any talent
31. Bucs. (30) They ARE what we THOUGHT they were.
32. Rams (32) . Rams are the new Lions
